--Urban Girl Squad Refund Policy--
If you cancel 10 days or more before your event, not including the event day, you are entitled to a full refund. If you cancel 5 days or more before your event, not including the event day, you are entitled to a credit in the amount of your ticket price to a future Urban Girl Squad event. If you cancel within 5 days of your event, no refund or credit will be issued. You may cancel by e-mailing Tovi at admin (a) urbangirlsquad.com.
Donations made to charitable organizations above the cost of your ticket are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Please note: For Book Club events, there are no refunds or credits given after the book is shipped. For Discover Outdoors events, you must notify us 10 days before the day of the event, not including the event day, in order to receive a refund or a credit.
